Returns

• Eligibility: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened products.

• Condition: Products must be in their original condition, unopened, and unused.

• Non-returnable items: We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• If you'd like to exchange a product for a different one, please follow the same process as a return and place a new order for the product you want.
