At Men Have Skin Too | Cave Labs, we strive to ensure your products reach you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Shipping Rates

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $4.99 for all U.S. orders.
Free shipping is available on all orders over $50 within the United States.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: Most orders will be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on the carrier and any unforeseen delays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its progress. If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at Charlie@MenHaveSkinToo.com.

5. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your shipment (e.g., lost packages, damaged products, or incorrect deliveries), please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist in resolving any issues as quickly as possible.

8. Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
